Every race tells a story, and this one is about dedication, growth, and perseverance.

Our JAKE Blue Frigate swimmers gave their all at the 132nd CNLCSCA Swim Series: "Chase the Finish" held at the NCC Aquatic Center last August 1, 2026. While we're grateful for every medal earned, what makes us even prouder is that every swimmer recorded a new Personal Best.

That's what real progress looks likeโ€”not just standing on the podium, but becoming better than yesterday.

To our swimmers, thank you for trusting the process. To our parents, thank you for your unwavering support. This is only another step in our journey, and we'll continue to work hard, stay humble, and keep moving forward.

The medals and podium finishes are worth celebrating, but what makes me even prouder is something that cannot always be seen around your neck, most of you achieved a new ๐‘ท๐’†๐’“๐’”๐’๐’๐’‚๐’ ๐‘ฉ๐’†๐’”๐’•. That tells the real story of your hard work.

Personal bests are earned through countless days of practice, demanding training sessions, sacrifices, and the decision to keep showing up even when no one is watching. They are proof that you are racing against your previous self, and that is where true champions are made. Keep in mind that success in swimming is not measured only by medals. It is measured by the courage to improve, the discipline to trust the process, and the determination to finish stronger than yesterday.

As your coach, I couldn't be more proud of the progress each of you has made. Stay humble in victory, gracious in defeat, and hungry for continuous improvement.
