1-0 for my Kickboxing debut Baby!! 🥊
Transitioning from youth competitions to the senior amateur league wasn’t an easy journey. The level of competition is completely different hereI faced opponents who were older, heavier, stronger, and far more experienced. But every bit of hard work paid off: all those hard sparring sessions, every conditioning drill, and every early morning wake-up call just to train. It was all worth it, thanks to my coach and my team.
I want to thank our head coaches, Ken Ngujo and coach champ ate Leislie Mae Regala, for guiding me and honing my skills—not just to grow as a fighter, but as a person too. Thank you for giving me the chance to keep moving forward as I chase my dream of becoming a professional fighter someday.
To my seniors, Ate Faith Oliva, kuya Dave and and kuya Antoine Daye, thank you for always guiding and looking out for me.
To my training partners, Lovely "The Problem" Balistoy and Josh Matthew Ursal, thank you for pushing me hard and giving me the toughest, most valuable fight preparation I could ask for.
To my Dad Nikki Bregente, my Mom Thes Terana Bregente, my little sister, and my whole family—thank you for always standing by me and supporting me in everything I’m passionate about.
To my team Ken Martial Arts, and especially Master ate Lovejoy and Kuya Dylan, and Sir John thank you so much for supporting me, and watching me fight last night. Having you there meant everything to me. to everyone else, especially our KMA PARENTS COMMUNITY who extended support financially to make today possible—thank you!
Never stop trying. Never stop believing. Never give up. Your day will come.
As for me? Today was my time to shine.
Thank you all for the support! 🥊
