- MWF (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Advance Level | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

- TTHF (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
Beginner Level | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

- SATURDAY
Combined Beginner & Advance | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
PLUS Self-Defense Training | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our incredible Binalbagan Taekwondo team! 🎉 Yesterday's (July 6th) SMART MVP Sports Foundation's 1st LGU Taekwondo Championships in San Carlos City saw us dominate with an amazing medal haul: 5 GOLD (Sky Toding, Carl Montero, Hilary Layahin, Gabriel Ubarra, Taliph Aaron Garilva - Kyorugi), 4 SILVER (Gemeces Montero, Thea Bianca Miel Garilva, Aleanna Sales, Kyan Von Toding - Kyorugi), and 1 BRONZE (Gabriel Ubarra - Poomse)!
