Dear Dancevilla Families,

We’re excited to officially introduce the new Dancevilla Parent Portal, created to provide a more organized, accessible, and convenient experience for our students and families. 🥰

Through the portal, parents may now conveniently:
• View class schedules and upcoming studio events
• Monitor absences and attendance records
• Submit advance absence notifications
• Complete mobile check-ins upon arrival
• View tuition and payment records
• Update student information
• Access early registration opportunities for upcoming terms and programs

✨ Officially registered Dancevilla students for 2026 may now access the Parent Portal using their registered parent email address.

Your default login credentials and portal access instructions have been sent to your email. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please remember to check your spam or junk folder as well.

Please note that while the portal is now available, official announcements, schedule adjustments, and studio-wide updates will continue to be posted through our official Dancevilla social media pages.

As this is a newly launched system, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to refine and improve the experience for our Dancevilla families.

New Teen & Adult Ballet Schedules Are Here! 🥰😍

Have you always wanted to try ballet?

Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to dance after a long break, looking for a new hobby, or simply searching for a fun way to stay active, our Teen & Adult Ballet classes are open for you.

Classes include floor work, barre, center practice, and across-the-floor exercises in a welcoming and supportive environment for dancers ages 13 and up.

Because ballet isn’t just for children.. and it’s never too late to start. ✨🥰

Hi Dancevilla Parents! 🥰

Our new online attendance tracker is now available! You may now easily check your child’s attendance summary and makeup sessions online through the QR code provided. Parents may also save the page to their mobile home screen (like an app!📱) for quicker access anytime.

QR codes will also be available inside the studio soon for easier access.

Please note that your child’s attendance file will only be accessible using the parent email address submitted during registration for the current term, for privacy and security purposes. 🔒

As we continue improving our systems for everyone’s convenience, please keep in mind that this tracking system is still currently under development and may continue to receive updates and adjustments along the way. Thank you so much for your patience and support! ✨

📣 STUDIO ADVISORY 📣

We are continuously monitoring Meralco announcements and updates regarding possible power interruptions in our area due to the ongoing Yellow and Red Alerts being raised across the Luzon Grid since Wednesday.

As of the moment, all classes this weekend will proceed as scheduled as long as electricity remains available.

In the event of a sudden blackout or power interruption, affected classes will automatically be cancelled for the safety and comfort of our students and teachers. Updates and announcements will be posted immediately through our official social media pages.

We appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and cooperation during this time. Please stay safe! 🤍
