π¨ NOTICE OF CONTINUOUS WATER METER DISCONNECTION π¨
To Our Valued Customers,
Please be reminded that on May 4, 2026, we officially announced and implemented the One-Month Payment Policy to promote timely payment of water bills and ensure the continuous delivery of quality water service.
As of today, our continuous water meter disconnection operations remain in effect for customers with two (2) months or more of unsettled water bill accounts.

Disconnection Schedule
β’ Starting Time: 8:00 AM onwards
β’ Coverage Area: Bayombong Service Areas
To avoid service interruption and additional charges, we strongly encourage all affected customers to settle their outstanding balances at the soonest possible time.

β’ Over-the-Counter Payment at our Office

β Important Reminders:
β’ Disconnection activities will continue for accounts with overdue balances.
β’ Reconnection fees will apply to disconnected accounts.
β’ Temporary water disruptions may occur in areas where disconnection activities are being conducted.
