BPP FAM BAGS 1ST RUNNER-UP! 🥒

Congratulations to our BPP Fam, Kathleen Joy Tadle and Xyza Estioco, for securing 1st Runner-Up in the Women’s Beginners Category at the EXplore San Miguel Pickleball Tournament, held in celebration of the 66th Araw ng San Miguel! 🎉

Way to go, ladies! Your teamwork and fighting spirit made the BPP Fam proud!

Today was more than just another activity for the Bayog Paddle Pals Pickleball Club. It was a day of coming together, sharing what we have, and bringing a little joy to the students of Barangay Bantal, one of Bayog’s secluded and far-flung barangay. 🙏

Through the collective efforts of the Paddle Pals Family, approximately 200+ students were served during today’s Feeding Program. What started as a simple initiative became a meaningful experience as members and supporters came together—from preparing and cooking the food, packing the meals, transporting the supplies, up to personally serving the students.

The activity was made possible through the generosity of our fellow Paddle Pals Family sponsors, whose individual contributions helped make this initiative a reality:

Today, the Paddle Pals Family did not just bring food, we brought time, friendship, smiles, and a genuine spirit of sharing.🥒👏

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Barangay Bantal officials, headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Marvin Siton, together with the Barangay Kagawads, for the warm welcome, assistance, and hospitality extended to the Paddle Pals Family throughout the program. And of course to the the LYDO Bayog Zamboanga Del Sur led by Mr. Marjon Cedenio. Your support and cooperation helped make our visit even more meaningful.

And, of course, thank you for welcoming the Paddle Pals Family not only into your community but also into one of Barangay Bantal’s beautiful natural treasures—the falls and river. It was a wonderful way to cap the day, allowing everyone to appreciate the beauty of the place and the warmth of its people.

To everyone who became part of this day, Daghang salamat! May this simple act of kindness inspire us to continue reaching more communities and sharing what we can.

RESCHEDULED ANNOUNCEMENT | SOYSOY BIRTHDAY PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT

To all registered participants and interested players:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the SoySoy Birthday Pickleball Tournament has been rescheduled.

📅 New Tournament Dates:
August 29–30, 2026

In line with this change, the registration deadline has also been extended until August 25, 2026, giving more players the opportunity to join the competition.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and continued support. We look forward to seeing everyone on the new tournament dates for an exciting and enjoyable event.

Demonstrating that the true spirit of sports extends far beyond the court, the BPP Pickleball Club, in coordination with the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) led by LYDO Mr. Marjon Cedenio, will conduct a Community Feeding Program on August 8, 2026 (Saturday) in Barangay Bantal, Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur.

This meaningful outreach initiative reflects the club's commitment to promoting not only physical wellness through sports but also compassion, volunteerism, and social responsibility. Through this activity, the club aims to provide nutritious meals to children while fostering a sense of unity, care, and hope within the community.

Guided by the belief that genuine champions are measured not only by their achievements in the game but by their willingness to serve others, the Bayog Paddle Pals Pickleball Club continues to use sports as a platform for positive community engagement and meaningful public service.
