U P D A T E ‼️

We're sad to announce that BayCity Summer Camp 2023 in June 17 & 18, 2023 will be postponed due to Weather Conditions. "Your safety is our top priority".

Upon meeting with other organizers, The said event will be re-scheduled on june 28 & 29, 2023. To all participants who already booked and reserved their slots, we're very sorry for this late announcement, to those who already paid a slot and will not be available on the said rescheduled date, you can withdraw your payments anytime.

To anyone who wants to join and experience camping, there are still available slots for you. DM us and secure a slot. You still have a few days left to prepare for your camping essentials & basic needs.

Event Itinerary :
Day: 1 (June 28, 2023) Wednesday
• 02:00 pm, (meet.up & Drop off are in front of ICP Church) one of our organizers will fetch and bring you to the camp site, (everyone are encourage to bring Motorcycle/Car to avoid extra fare). late comers will be left alone.
• Briefing and Tent Fetching, Sharing about LNT Principles & Mental Health Awareness, Etc.
•. Dinner Time (Participants are encouraged to bring Cooking Set, Portable Burners and Ready to eat food, everyone must prepare on thier own to feel the essence of camping).
• Music (Acoustic), Surprise Raffles & Prizes during socials.

Day: 2 (June 29, 2023) Thursday
• 06:00 am Breakfast (Free) and Head Counting of participants.
• 07:00 am Pack-Up, Participants will be transferred to Kawayan Cafe for Basic Life Support & Standard First Aid (BLS/SFA) Training conducted by Baybay Emergency Response Unit (BERU).
• Free lunch & Snacks will be served.
