Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., represented by Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Y. Dalog-Duclan, attended the graduation ceremony of 70 TESDA scholars in Sagada yesterday.

Among the graduates, 20 completed the Organic Agriculture Production program, and 50 completed the NCII Driving Course at Caliber Vocational Training Institute and Assessment Center, Inc.

Congratulations, graduates! πŸŽ“

Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., represented by Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Y. Dalog-Duclan, graced the Commencement Exercises of the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College-Paracelis Campus as Guest of Honor and Speaker today.

In his message, Congressman Dalog highlighted ongoing development projects, including the construction of the Bacarri bridge connecting the campus to the main road. These improvements, he noted, aim to enhance the campus's services, empowering stakeholders toward a sustainable future for MPSPC.

Addressing the graduates, he reminded them of the interconnected world they are entering. He stressed the importance of knowledge and technological advancement, citing the success of the social media platform Facebook, created by university students, as an inspiration for entrepreneurial aspirations.

Congressman Dalog challenged the graduates to dream big and leverage the fast-changing technological landscape to achieve their goals. He also expressed excitement for their future endeavors and encouraged them to return to MPSPC to share their experiences and insights with future students.

Dalog, Jr and the Ifugao State University (IFSU) Eye Center together with the Bauko Local Government Unit and the MPSPC Nursing Department will conduct an EYE MISSION (Essential eye care services for senior citizens and those with eye problems).
