ZIN™ is not a title—it’s a membership.

It stands for Zumba® Instructor Network, and it’s only available to licensed Zumba® instructors who maintain an active license. Using “ZIN™” without being a current, licensed member is misleading and unfair to those who have invested the time, money, and effort to earn and maintain it.

This also applies to students who unknowingly call their instructors “ZIN™” when those instructors are not officially licensed or active members. While their intentions may be kind or respectful, they should still be corrected—because using the term inaccurately contributes to confusion and devalues the credibility of the official Zumba® community.
