To our beloved esports community, players, teams, and supporters, we regret to announce that the ๐’๐š๐ฆ๐›๐ฎ๐จ๐ค๐š๐ง ๐„๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ƒ๐Ž๐“๐€ ๐Ÿ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Œ๐‹๐๐ ๐“๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ, originally scheduled for October 25โ€“26, 2025, have been ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐œ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐.

This decision comes in light of the devastating doublet earthquakes that struck Davao Oriental on October 10, 2025, affecting thousands of families and communities. With the Province and City placed under a State of Calamity, the City Government of Mati and Provincial Government of Davao Oriental have prioritized relief, recovery, and rehabilitation efforts above all events and celebrations.

Our mission is not to compete on stage, but to stand in solidarity with those who are suffering and displaced.

Esports teaches us resilience, teamwork, and heartโ€”and today, we use those lessons not for trophies, but to help rebuild homes and lives.

To all players who trained, volunteers who signed up, and supporters who rallied behind this eventโ€”your passion is not in vain. When the time is right, we will respawn, stronger and united for a greater cause. Sambuokan Esports will return, not as a simple event, but as a symbol of hope and community.
