‎We are looking for a friendly, responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented Gym Receptionist to join our growing team!

‎💼 JOB DESCRIPTION
‎
‎As a Gym Receptionist, you will be one of the first people our members interact with. You will help create a welcoming, organized, and positive gym experience for every member and visitor.
‎
‎Your responsibilities include:
‎• Welcome and assist gym members and guests
‎• Answer inquiries about memberships, promos, and gym services
‎• Assist with membership registration and renewals
‎• Handle payments and basic records
‎• Coordinate with coaches and other gym staff
‎• Help maintain cleanliness and organization around the reception area
‎• Follow up with clients regarding memberships and promos
‎• Help promote gym services and membership offers
‎• Provide excellent customer service
‎• Perform other tasks related to daily gym operations
‎
‎✅ QUALIFICATIONS
‎
‎• Friendly and approachable
‎• Good communication skills
‎• Hardworking and responsible
‎• Customer-service oriented
‎• Organized and attentive to details
‎• Basic computer skills
‎• Willing to learn and improve
‎• Experience in receptionist, sales, or customer service is a plus
‎• Fitness/gym experience is an advantage but not required
