> Any protest submitted outside this period will be automatically dismissed.

Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including, but not limited to, protests, player reclassification, withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, forfeiture or disqualification.
โก๏ธ Withdrawals: A player who withdraws may still claim their complimentary tournament t-shirt.
โก๏ธ Transfer of Slots:
โข Registration slots may only be transferred to another eligible participant with prior written approval from the Tournament Committee.
โข Unauthorized transfers or sales are void.
โข The Tournament Committee reserves the right to approve or deny transfers that do not meet tournament requirements.

โข Any protest regarding a playerโs eligibility, classification or skill level must be submitted within the Official Protest Period.
โข Once the protest period has ended, no further protests concerning eligibility or classification will be accepted.
โข The Tournament Committee reserves the sole discretion to review and determine whether a playerโs skill level is appropriate for the Beginner Division.

โข Protests concerning a playerโs eligibility or classification must be submitted within the Official Protest Period.
โข No protests will be accepted after the Official Protest Period has closed.
โข The Tournament Committee may review a playerโs tournament history, competitive experience, rankings, and other relevant records when determining eligibility.

โข A player who is found ineligible shall be required to transfer to the Intermediate Division, subject to the availability of slots.
โข If transfer is not possible or the player declines to move divisions, the player shall forfeit participation in the tournament without entitlement to any refund.
โข The ineligible player may, however, secure a replacement. The replacement player must be identified and confirmed within one (1) day of being officially notified of the valid protest decision. Failure to provide a valid replacement within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the slot without refund.

โข A player who is determined to be ineligible shall forfeit participation in the tournament without entitlement to any refund.
โข The ineligible player may secure a replacement. The replacement player must be identified and confirmed within one (1) day of being officially notified of the valid protest decision.
โข If no replacement is provided within the prescribed timeframe, the slot will be forfeited and may be reassigned to another eligible participant at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.

A protest will only be accepted if it is:
1. Submitted during the Official Protest Period.
2. Filed through the official protest submission channel designated by the Tournament Committee via the HomeCourt Yard Official page.
Invalid protests (late, incomplete, anonymous, unsupported, or frivolous) will be automatically denied.

โข Must be filed directly by the protesting player or team via the official protest channel.
โข Verbal complaints, social media posts, private messages or third-party reports are not valid protests.
โข Anonymous protests are not accepted.

The burden of proof rests entirely on the protesting party.
โ๏ธ Acceptable evidence includes:
a. Official tournament records/results
b. Recognized player rankings
c. Verified participation records
d. Clear, verifiable photos or videos
e. Other credible documentation deemed acceptable by the Tournament Committee
โ Unacceptable evidence includes:
a. Rumors, hearsay or assumptions
b. Anonymous allegations
c. Screenshots without context
d. Personal opinions or unverified social media content
The Tournament Committee reserves full discretion to determine the credibility, relevance and weight of submitted evidence. False or malicious protests may result in disciplinary action including disqualification or suspension from future events.
