Champions have championship habits which sets them apart,,and so can you in your own life.
Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao always has a mindset of continuous learning,,,and many times when I observe him in his Gym workouts in preparation for fights abroad, he consults regularly with Coach Freddie on how to execute a boxing combination then follows with the actual demonstration,,after which he would again say to Coach Freddie " is that OK? ,"
Current Tennis Rising Star Alex Eala seems to have the same attitude and Habit when she always thanks her Coaching Team ,,,during her interviews after a match. She credits her Uncle as her first Coach,,,then playing with brother Miko, before proceeding to Spain for added upgrades from her Coaches in the world renowned Rafael Nadal Tennis Academy. Her current wind at the WTA 125 Tennis Classic in New Zealand has been the fruit of coachable habits inculcated when young and which I believe she carries even today.
We too, my champion friends can be champions in our own field in life if we have a humble, coachable habit like Legend Manny Pacquiao and Tennis Star ⭐ Alex Eala..
So keep on swinging your forehands and your jab straights, but listen to our wiser life coaches so we can be a Champion in our own lives!

Tune ups,Check or Change oil and Filters,Check Brakes,Fill up Gas are needed for Cars to perform at their best. Likewise we , especially Champions need regular Checkups and a review of Physical, Mental, Emotional and if you ask Manny Pacquiao,,,even the Spiritual Health ,Skill and Fitness. This is crucial at Championship or Elite Category of Sports Champions like Manny Pacquiao and Alex Eala the riding Tennis Star from the Philippines. This is done with Coach Freddie Roach of Team Pacquiao,, and Coach Bosch of Team Eala. This can also be done by anyone and personally,,our own selves ,analysing ones own capabilities,skills, attitudes and especially HABITS.
By doing these checkups and tune ups, we can ensure that our growth, performance and influence as a person and as a Champion is continually improving !!!

LIFE IS LIKE BOXING :
In one of the Main Events in the Thrilla in Manila 2,,,Eumir Marcial of the Philippines won over a tough for in Colmenares,,despite being knocked down twice on the best Thrilla fight of the night that had the crowd on its feet ( including me )the whole 10 rounds!!!
Life is certainly like that fight,,when in life we face very tough challenges ,,,physically like life threatening illness,,mentally like chronic depression and stress ,,financially like bankruptcy,,,which can knock us down and out. But then in the words of Eumir " he was a very tough opponent but the support of the crowd inspired me. It kept me going".
In life what can make the difference is support ,cheers and inspiration from friends, loved ones, family specially .
Championship Lesson :
Make it a Habit to give support, encouragement, words of upliftment and inspiration to anyone who is feeling the battering of everyday life. For we all face them. Who knows we may need that rousing support,,,like when we were all chanting " Eumir,Eumir,Eumir,,"at the Thrilla and it kept him going.

Life is like Tennis .
In Tennis,,,Just like Life,,,
1. There are Rules to follow ,,so one can be a Winner
2. One has to study, learn by doing and progress little by little,
3. There are errors, faults , double faults , just like life
4. Some errors are forced, some through our miscalculations,
5. One needs a Guide, a Coach for training,, but like life in real life we are on our own to make decisions ,
6. There are Time limits on the Game,,,and we need to perform our best within those time frames,,,just like,,,
7. Win some, Lose some just like,,,,
8. Although physical in performance, a big part in winning is our Mental Frame ,,,
9. In practice, there is no real opponent but in real Tennis matches ,an opponent is there to hit back,,,as in life
10. Long term Winners in Tennis have acquired and developed winning habits in the physical, mental and even spiritual
