We’re happy to share that our gym will be returning to its regular schedule from 6 AM to 11 PM starting tomorrow (Jul 26, 2025).

We look forward to having you back!

However, please be aware that severe weather is ongoing. PAGASA has placed Benguet—and thus Baguio—under a General Flood Advisory, with moderate to heavy rains, thunderstorms, and possible landslides due to Tropical Storm Emong and the enhanced southwest monsoon.

⚠️ What to keep in mind:

Beware of possible flooding or landslides, especially if you're traveling through mountain roads or low‑lying areas.

Wear appropriate footwear and clothing, and avoid areas with poor drainage or unstable terrain.

Drive or commute carefully, especially during evenings or early mornings.

Bring rain protection—umbrella, raincoat, or poncho—just in case.

Keep an eye on real‑time weather updates and advisories from PAGASA and local authorities.
