Due to the heavy rains experienced last night, the Canyoneering River remains unstable. The water level has risen, and the river currently exhibits a muddy appearance as assessed by BADIAN MDRRMO. For the safety of everyone, the Canyoneering activity and Kawasan Falls is temporarily closed today (March 09, 2026) until further notice.

The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) is closely monitoring the river conditions to ensure public safety.
