Position: Sales/Membership Consultant
Company: PMMP Fitness Gym
Location: 3rd Floor The New City Hub, Tirona Highway, Bacoor City, Cavite

Qualifications 👇

🎓 Basic Education
-High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
-Knowledge in 👇
• Business
• Marketing
• Fitness-related fields (optional)

💼 Experience
• Sales experience (very important)
• Retail, call center, or direct sales all count
• Customer service experience
• Experience in a gym or fitness environment is a plus

🗣️ Key Skills
-Strong communication and persuasion skills
-Confidence in talking to new people (walk-ins, leads)
-Ability to handle objections and close sales
-Goal-oriented mindset (you’ll likely have monthly quotas)
-Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets.

💪 Fitness Knowledge is a plus
-General understanding of:
-Gym equipment
-Workout programs
-Membership packages
-You don’t need to be a trainer, but being physically active helps credibility

📊 Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
• Give gym tours to potential members
• Explain membership plans and promos
• Follow up on leads (calls, texts, emails)
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Build relationships with members to encourage renewals
