🎉🏓 PMB IS NOW 90 MEMBERS STRONG! 🏓🎉
What started with just 62 members before we introduced PMB to our community page has now grown into a community of 90 pickleball enthusiasts! 🙌💚
This milestone is more than just a number. It represents the growing interest, friendships, camaraderie, and shared enthusiasm for pickleball right here in our community. From learning the basics, enjoying friendly rallies, meeting new people, and simply having fun together — PMB continues to grow one member, one rally, and one friendship at a time.
To everyone who has joined us along the way, thank you for being part of PMB! ❤️
And of course, this would not be possible without the support of our community and our Board of Directors. We truly appreciate everyone who has been open to the idea of making pickleball more accessible to our homeowners.
🏓 A QUICK FOLLOW-UP ON OUR PICKLEBALL COURT PROJECT
Since we're already celebrating this milestone, we'd also like to respectfully follow up on the status of our request/proposal for pickleball court lines and markers on our existing basketball courts.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our BODs who have already given the project their thumbs up:

👏 Mr. Ben Estrella
With 3 out of our 5 BODs already expressing their approval, we understand that we have the support of a quorum. 🙏
That said, we would certainly appreciate it if our two other BODs could also signify their approval/support for the proposal. Having the full support of the Board would give the project an even stronger mandate and, hopefully, allow us to move forward with the next steps.
We believe this can be a win-win opportunity for everyone. 🏓🤝
For our residents, it means another healthy, active, and enjoyable recreational option right within our community, while making better use of our existing basketball courts.
Importantly, this proposal is not about building a separate pickleball facility. It is about maximizing the use of our existing basketball courts by making them adaptable for both basketball and pickleball.
This allows our existing courts to continue serving basketball players while also accommodating pickleball — giving more residents more opportunities to enjoy the same community facility.
For the community, it also presents a revenue-generating opportunity through potential court use, while at the same time improving the utilization and value of an existing community facility.
In other words: more recreation for our residents, better use of our facilities, and a potential additional source of income for the community.
Our intention is simple: to make better use of what we already have and create something that benefits everyone.
We hope this can be another example of how, by working together, we can find practical ways to make our community facilities serve more of our residents. 🙏
