The Bacolod Avatars Swim Club proudly celebrates a meaningful homecoming — the reunion of Head Coach Rolex B. Caasi and former swimmer Mary Louise Lacson 💙🏊‍♀️

Now returning as “Manang Louise,” she shares her expertise in strength and conditioning with athletes within the community. Even while she was studying in Manila, Coach Rolex would already seek her advice for his swimmers—a testament to the trust in her knowledge and dedication.

Mary Louise is a graduate of UP Diliman (BS Sports Science) and brings valuable experience from her internships in strength and conditioning with the UP Women’s Basketball Team, USLS Juniors Basketball Team, DLSU and Ateneo Basketball Teams, and the Philippine National Badminton Team. She is also a proud alumna of the UP Varsity Swim Team.

Through her guidance, athletes can work towards becoming stronger, healthier, and more competitive—while continuing to enjoy a fun, friendly, and supportive sports environment.
