Victorious at the Filipino-Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation 💪

From breaking personal bests to pushing through one event after another, today was nothing short of a battle. Seven events in one day and that was a roller coaster of emotions, exhaustion, pain, and determination. Every dive, every turn, every finish demanded something more.

There were moments when the body wanted to stop, but the mind refused to give in. That's what grit looks like. That's what chasing a goal feels like.

The body gets tired, but the goal keeps you moving.
Here's to grit, growth, and becoming better than yesterday.

Congratulations to Xandrie Paul Mecua and Caleb Andre Saagundo for proudly representing St. John's Institute. Your determination, resilience, and fighting spirit throughout the competition are truly commendable. We are incredibly proud of both of you for giving your all in every race. Keep chasing greatness

Today, we celebrate more than just your birthda. We celebrate the incredible person behind every whistle, every correction, every word of encouragement, and every sacrifice made for this team.

Thank you for being a coach who leads with heart. A coach who gives selflessly, believes in every swimmer, and refuses to give up, even when the journey becomes difficult. While many only see the medals and victories, we see the countless hours, the patience, the dedication, and the love you pour into helping each swimmer become not only a better athlete but a better person.

Your commitment never goes unnoticed. You continue to show up, inspire, and give your best, even when no one sees the challenges you carry behind the scenes. That kind of dedication is rare, and we are incredibly blessed to have you.
