𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲.

School, comprehensive exams, practicum.
Running my consultancy. New clients and finally moving to the international space where I was so reluctant to dive in before.
Building Tawhay Wellness. Workshops here and there and thinking how to best move forward with it amidst everything.
Showing up for my family and being present as much as I could

It was really a year of evaluating relationships and endeavors and checking if they are life-giving, and quietly weeding out those that were no longer aligned.

There were days when everything seemed to need attention at once. On those days, I returned to what steadied me.
Aromatherapy to help my body soften and regulate.
Meditation to slow my breath and bring me back to the present.
Psychology to give language to my patterns and my limits, with compassion instead of pressure.

This year taught me a quieter kind of strength. The kind that grows roots before it shows blooms.

As we step into 2026, I want to pause and say thank you. To those who stayed, supported, trusted, and walked alongside me in different ways, your presence mattered more than you know.

If this next season feels like a time to bloom, to deepen your practice, or to move through life with more intention and care, I would be honored to walk with you.
