As we celebrate 8 years of Swim League Philippines, let SCONA Leg 3 be the beginning of a renewed commitment to bring Joy, Hope, and Purpose in all that we do both in and out of the pool.

May every swimmer, coach, parent, official, and lover of our sport carry these values wherever they go. Let us inspire one another, build lasting friendships, and continue using aquatic sports as a platform for growth, service, and nation building.

Congratulations to the Swimming Coaches of Negros Association (SCONA) under the dedicated leadership of Coach Noel Anthony Fernandez, with the steadfast support of Secretary General Coach Cris Bancal.

Our sincere appreciation to Swim League Philippines Negros Island Administrator Coach Edmon Chua for his invaluable contributions to the success of this event. Happy Birthday, Coach Edmon!
