Modern tennis players don’t look like they used to - and that’s not a coincidence 👀

Over the last few years, the physical profile at the top of the game has clearly changed. Players are getting taller, leaner, and more explosive. Look at the top guys today: Djokovic, Sinner, Zverev, Tsitsipas, Medvedev - all tall, very thin, with huge serves and massive power. When you can accelerate the racket at the same speed as a smaller player but with longer arms, the ball simply goes faster. 💥

This body type is becoming the norm. Players like Mensik, Michelsen, and even Fonseca all fit this modern mold, combining height with incredible power, especially on the forehand. There’s one clear exception to the rule - Carlos Alcaraz - but aside from him, this is what the new generation looks like. 💪

Is this the future of tennis, or will a different profile challenge this trend again? 🤔🎾
