OFFICIAL STATEMENT

To our AUFC Family and the Football Community,

We would like to clarify and make everyone aware regarding our Head Coach, Ron Maraña Ybañez.

Following the previous tournament in Bacolod City, the DEFA was reportedly suspended from participating in that specific tournament due to an incident that occurred during the event.

However, Coach Ron Maraña Ybañez was NOT suspended or banned from the tournament. He remains eligible to coach and participate in football tournaments throughout Negros and other competitions where he is invited.

We hope this clarification will address any misunderstandings or misinformation regarding our Head Coach.

OFFICIAL INVITATION RECEIVED

Ayungon United Football Club (AUFC) is honored to receive an official invitation from the San Carlos City Negros Football Club to participate in the upcoming Charter Day Football Festival and Charter Day Futsal Festival this July 2026 in San Carlos City.

The invitation was formally addressed to Ron Ybañez, Head Coach of Ayungon United Football Club.

The AUFC Management, officers, coaches, parents, and players will soon conduct a meeting to discuss the club’s participation and preparations for this prestigious event.

Thank you, San Carlos City Negros Football Club, for this opportunity. We look forward to strengthening friendship, sportsmanship, and football development through this event.
