Finally, the day has come for our kids to showcase their dancing skills!!! Five contenders are ready to heat up our stage. This event is in collaboration with the MSWDO, under the leadership of our active mayor, Engr. Arvin R. Virtucio.

Announcement: In relation to Typhoon Uwan, the submission of Video Auditions online is extended until November 12, 2025. This is to allow interested participants to spend this weekend with their families and make necessary preparations for the incoming Typhoon. Stay safe always everyone!!!

P.S.: Wara po kita San walk-in auditions, mapasa lang po kamo San video sa Amon San Inyo dapat i-audition. Tanan po na details stated po sa aton previous post. Salamat po!!

Great news!!! It is OFFICIAL. Project Hataw Kids is happening on November 27, 2025, 6PM at TMSCC. This is all thanks to the leadership of our mayor, Mayor Arvin Virtucio, and in collaboration with the Office of the MSWD in celebration of the National Children's Month.
To all interested dance groups, below are the details of the audition and the contest mechanics. Please note, due to the incoming typhoon on the 1st week of November, the committee has decided to switch to Video Auditions.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT

Project Hataw 7, along with other events of the El Oro Festival, is cancelled.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT

In light of the recent calamity that struck our town and our ongoing recovery efforts, we regret to announce the cancellation of all scheduled activities for the El Oro Festival, including the Mayor's Cup, Banchetto, Ginoo at Binibining Aroroy, and other related events.

Given our present situation and the declared State of Calamity, the Local Government of Aroroy has decided to redirect all available resources toward rehabilitation and relief operations for our affected constituents.

We ask for everyone's understanding and solidarity as we focus our efforts on helping our fellow Aroroynons rise and recover.

Together, we will rebuild and move forward.

Just a reminder to all interested participants! See you all on September 20 and 21, 2025 for the auditions at Aroroy Training Center, LGU Building. Dance groups from the municipalities of Aroroy, Baleno and Mandaon should do walk-in auditions. While dance groups from other municipalities are also reminded of the deadline of submission of video auditions on September 21, 2025 at 11:59 AM. We will not accommodate entries past lunchtime this Sunday.
