As the culminating activity of Boot Camp 3.0, the Argao Football Associations - AFA proudly joined the 3rd San Isidro Labrador Invitational Football Tournament held at Barangay Campangga, Municipality of Barili last May 16, 2026. We participated in three categories: U11, U13, and U15.
This was our second time joining this invitational tournament, and once again, it became another unforgettable experience for our players, coaches, and supporters. Last year, we came home with wonderful memories and valuable lessons. This year, we are beyond happy and proud though our U11 and U13 fell short of bringing home medals, the newbies showed the skills learned from the camp. Most importantly, our U15 team achieved 1st Runner-Up.
This achievement did not happen because of luck alone. It is the result of the hard work, dedication, discipline, and teamwork of our players and coaches who continued to train, improve, and believe in themselves. Every sacrifice, every training session under the heat of the sun, every encouragement, and every lesson learned inside and outside the field became part of this success.
Our U15 team truly played with pride, heart, and determination throughout the tournament, rain or shine. Despite the weather and challenges inside the field, they continued to fight, give their best, and never gave up until the final whistle. Their passion, teamwork, and strong spirit showed that true players are not measured only by trophies, but by their courage, discipline, and dedication every single game. We are so proud of how they represented AFA with sportsmanship and pride.
Most importantly, we give all the glory and thanks to our Creator for guiding and protecting us throughout our journey. From Argao and even from Dalaguete, He kept us safe during our travel going to and from Barili. Truly, His guidance and blessings were with us every step of the way.

To Campangga Cubs, thank you so much for inviting us once again to be part of this wonderful event. Thank you for welcoming us warmly and for giving our players the opportunity to showcase their skills, gain experience, and create meaningful memories through football.
We are sincerely grateful to Dalaguete Football Club (DFC) for joining and playing together with our Argao Football Associations - AFA U15 team in this tournament. Their teamwork, effort, and willingness to blend with our squad brought more strength and unity on the field. Playing as one team, we showed true sportsmanship, sharing skills, passion, and determination in every game. To our dedicated coaches, coach Jovan Hernando, coach Rey Carlo Camilo Ferolino, coach Theresse Payusan, coach Jovanick Mier, thank you for your time, effort, patience, and passion in training and guiding our players. Your dedication continues to inspire these young athletes to become not only better football players but also better individuals.
And lastly, to the mother ma’am Jhang Balais and father sir Chang Balais of this association, thank you for your unconditional love, support, leadership, and commitment to AFA. Your guidance and vision continue to help this association grow stronger as one family.
This tournament is not only about winning medals or trophies. It is about friendship, teamwork, sportsmanship, growth, and creating memories together. We may have faced challenges along the way, but we continue to rise, learn, and improve together.
Congratulations to all our players, coaches, and supporters! This is only the beginning, and we are excited for more experiences, more tournaments, and more victories in the future.
