Dear Valued goers,
We are issuing this statement to address the deeply unfortunate incident that took place at our facility yesterday. An individual, who is NOT A REGULAR MEMBER of our gym, entered the premises and initiated an unprovoked physical altercation with one of our valued members, Jasper.
We want to clarify the details and our immediate actions:
-Our member, Jasper N. Sabiano, has generously decided not to press criminal charges out of compassion for the offender’s mother, who asked for mercy. The offender's family has agreed to fully cover the damages caused to our member’s motorcycle.
-LIFETIME BAN: This is by far the most unacceptable and barbaric behavior we have ever witnessed at North Fit. Consequently, the attacker has been banned for life and is strictly prohibited from ever entering our premises again. And should this
individual cause any further disruptions or threaten our community in the future, North Fit will immediately involve law enforcement and pursue the absolute maximum legal consequences.
-Out of respect for the families involved, we will not be disclosing the attacker’s identity but blacklisted permanently.
North Fit was built on the values of health, community, and mutual respect. We strictly tolerate zero violence, and we remain fully committed to maintaining a safe, harmonious, and friendly environment for all our members and gym-goers.
