From January 2026 to May 2026, I lost 13 kilograms. The biggest transformation wasn’t my body—it was finally making my health a priority.

My fitness journey isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about gaining energy, confidence, balance, and proving to myself that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.
