Good day to everyone.
We would like to inform all clients that we will now be strict in implementing court booking schedules at RL Sports Center.
This decision is due to the following concerns we have observed:
β’ Entering the court 1 hour earlier before the booked schedule
β’ Turning on the lights even before the scheduled time (causing unnecessary electricity consumption)
β’ Leaving the lights turned on after using the court
β’ Damaging and improper use of court facilities
Despite our consideration and flexibility in the past, these situations have continued to worsen.
Effective immediately, the following rules will be strictly enforced:
β’ Entry is allowed ONLY within your booked schedule
β’ No early use of the court or lights without proper booking
β’ Ensure all lights and equipment are turned off after use
β’ Take proper care of all facilities
IMPORTANT:
If you wish to enter earlier or extend your time beyond your schedule, you must add and pay for additional booking hours.
Please be reminded that we have CCTV installed in the venue, and we are able to monitor any improper use of the court. We are also able to monitor the exact time of your entry and exit, as well as the switching on and off of the lights inside the venue.
From now on, any client found mishandling, damaging, or disrespecting the venue will be subject to penalties.
