The answer should be enough to get you moving.

Because in the end, your wins and losses are shaped long before the moment of competition, built or lost in every practice session you choose to take or skip.

Our beloved Sensei Alexander G Orias generously offered free Shotokan karate lessons to the youth this summer, a meaningful initiative aimed at steering young people away from vices and bad influences, instilling in them discipline, respect, and a sense of purpose.

Through martial arts, he hopes to inspire the next generation to lead by example and become positive role models in their community.
