The countdown is officially on to the SJJIF World Jiu-Jitsu Championship in Japan!

Our kids have been putting in the work—training hard, pushing their limits, stepping outside their comfort zones, and showing us what dedication looks like. Every drill, every round, and every tough session is bringing them one step closer to competition day.

We couldn’t be prouder of the heart and determination they’re showing. One goal. All heart. ❤️🔥 Keep pushing, keep believing, and trust the work you’ve put in.

What a weekend! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, visited, and supported our students this weekend. Your presence, encouragement, and energy mean so much to our team!

With Worlds in Japan just 10 days away, everyone is officially locked in🔥 The training is focused, the energy is high, and our athletes are giving it everything they have.

We’re so grateful to have such an incredible community behind them. Let’s keep pushing, keep supporting, and keep believing!

Happiness on the Mats! 🥋❤️

There’s something special about seeing our students smiling, learning, pushing themselves, and simply enjoying the journey on the mats.

These are the moments that remind us why we do what we do. The medals and achievements are amazing, but the friendships, growth, laughter, and memories we create along the way are priceless.

Rain or shine, the work continues. Our kids are putting in the hours and training hard as they prepare for their international competitions in Cambodia and Japan.

The energy on the mats is intense, the focus is strong, and the determination is inspiring. Every drill, every round, and every tough training session is bringing them one step closer to their goals.

We’re proud of the commitment they’re showing and excited to see them represent the team on the international stage.

A Little Color on a Grey Week 🌧️🌈🥋

This week may have been grey and rainy, but our students continue to be a beautiful burst of color. ❤️ Despite the floods and heavy rain, they showed up, made it to class, and continued to put in the work. Their commitment, resilience, and love for Jiu-Jitsu never fail to inspire us.

We’re also thankful for our professor and coaches who braved the weather and made sure our classes could continue. Your dedication to our students means so much to us. 🙏
