• If you're not barefoot, you’re overdressed. Getting 'grounded' improves blood oxygenation, enhances circulation, increases immune response, removes toxins and relieve

s stress.

• Eating with your hands is meant to stimulate your appetite for simple, yet delicious food. It evokes great emotion and kindles something warm and easily satisfying.

• Wean on your TV time. The lure of the screen is just too strong to turn off, so we made the lull of the bed irresistibly soft and comfy for your heavenly sleep.

• Looking for a wall clock? We look forward to sunrise and sunset during the day and gaze on the moon and stars for the night.

• Read. Read. Read…. Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body. Knowledge, mental stimulation, vocabulary expansion, memory improvement and concentration are among the benefits of turning a page.

• Unplug and listen to the sound around you. Healing can come from sounds beyond music … the crashing of the waves, the chimes of the breeze, the rustling of the leaves and if you’re lucky, from our resident geckos.

• Sleep. A good night’s sleep makes you ready to take on the world. Warm lemongrass tea is available at night to help you sleep.

• Lastly, this is a home that also cares for our bigger home – mother earth. As advocates for the environment, we believe in the stewardship of our natural resources and conserving our water, light and electricity. Our actions however small will always have an effect on our surroundings and the coming generations.
