Our foundation was built on training athletes. We help them by providing them abilities to be better on their chosen sport. We focused on creating healthy, strong, powerful, explosive, and durable athletes. Whatever sport you do, we will always try and help you achieve the next level.
- Programming
We focus on corrective stretching and exercises before each session, alo
ng with a focus on building up weak areas and bringing balance to the body. Our programming allows you to push yourself safely to your limit, and accommodates people of all fitness levels.
- Group Training
Our focus is on building strong and healthy bodies that look great and are able to perform at a high level. We use of resistance training to build strength, and high intensity circuit style training to burn fat. We pride ourselves on being able to accommodate anyoneβs fitness levels. We had APL DE AP, Students, Entrepreneurs, Artist, Parents trained together and had fun. We coaches always make sure that you can complete the training session at your own pace, get a great workout and stay safe at the same time.
- Personal Training
If you do have more specific goals, needs, or feel uncomfortable participating in a group setting we do offer personal training. Every personal training, we provide assessment, an individualized program, nutrition consultation and around the clock support.
- Accountability
Strength Gains go beyond the gym. We want people to be excited to come to the gym and that is the environment and community that we try to foster.

As coaches is to use our education and experience to help others. All of our coaches have your best interests in mind and will be there to help you reach your goals.
