Javi Rafael, CEO of Infin8 Esports: "We have terminated the contracts of the members of 8 Adventure Phoenix (8APX) and 8 Exile (8EXL) (now known as “Airspeed Exile” and owned by Airspeed International Corp.) due to INFIN8’s intention to focus on forming and strengthening new partnerships, growing our communities, exploring new projects, and creating more events for the gaming community.

We are not pursuing any non-compete and/or buy-out clauses that would hinder the players from playing for other Esports organizations.

INFIN8 Esports and its community collectively helped grow the teams to what they are now— with 8APX earning seven (7) championships and becoming one of the last 12 contenders of the LCQ rounds of WRL-A. We pooled our resources, put in our hearts and souls, shed sweat and tears for the teams because our entire community believes in them. These teams have definitely proved to the world that they've got what it takes from the garnered achievements.

We are aware that there are many organizations out there that deal with esports players in bad faith. We will continue to look out for our former players, because we will always treat them as part of our community — our family. The players deserve a proper organization that will love and care for them.

INFIN8 will not forego the 8 Adventure Phoenix brand and will fill up the roster again in due time. Until then, we hope that the players will continue to grow and achieve their dreams, even if it’s not under our organization’s name.

We will always be here rooting for all of you, boys!"
