This year's theme, "Yoga for Healthy Aging," reminds us that yoga is truly a practice for every age and every stage of life. Through mindful movement, breath, and stillness, yoga helps us build strength, maintain flexibility, improve balance, and nurture our mental and emotional wellbeing as we grow older.
At Yoga with Ezra, we celebrate not just adding years to life, but adding life to our years.

One of our own is leaving Port Moresby, and it’s not easy to put into words what that feels like.
Richard, you’ve been more than just a yogi in our space, you’ve been part of the heartbeat of this yoga community.
Every class, every breath, every shared moment on the mat… it all meant something. Your presence brought warmth, strength, and a quiet kind of inspiration that doesn’t go unnoticed.
It has truly been an honor and a blessing to practice alongside you. You leave behind more than memories, you leave a mark on all of us.
This isn’t goodbye… it’s simply until next time.
Wherever life takes you, may the practice ground you, guide you, and always bring you back to yourself.
