Too busy not to move... Exercise is the fuel that runs the rest of your day.
I get it — life’s packed. Kids, school runs, work deadlines, traffic that drains you before the day even starts. By the time you get a moment, you’re wiped.
But here’s the thing: you wouldn’t skip food. Your body needs fuel to keep going.
Exercise is the same. It’s not another thing on your to-do list. It _is_ the thing that gives you energy to tick everything else off.
