Martial Arts and Taekwondo has truly transformed me physically, mentally and spiritually since 1975.

Taekwondo has instilled in me, strong Leadership, self Discipline, self Respect, strong Will Power, strong Attitude and strong conditioning of the Mind.
*My Body has become my Temple*.
At 62 years old my body has been rejuvenated and my inner power _Chi has has increased in recent times.

_Regardless of your status and your profession keep yourself fit and healthy to serve our beautiful country in whatever capacity you have to drive our nation forward. I have maintained my body in great shape since 1975.
