Feeling lost doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you.
It usually means the old way of being no longer fits… and the new one hasn’t fully arrived yet.
That in-between space can feel uncomfortable.
Disorienting.
Like you should have it figured out by now.
But maybe you’re not lost.
Maybe you’re listening.
