Dive Base Coiba is located in a quiet, rural, coastal community of Pixvae. This wild and beautiful part of the Panamanian pacific coast is totally off the beaten path. From our base, we offer a full range of Dive services, courses, single and multi-day trips to Coiba and the local dive sites and places of interest. A short boat ride from Coiba and daily access to a greater range of the parks attra

ctions and signature dive sites. We also offer a range of activities for none divers. Our staff are some of the most experienced guides for Coiba and the Gulf of Chiriquí and work closely with the scientific community in their investigations around the region. Experience the alternative Coiba, more than just depth and time. An in-depth orientation to this spectacular region, its natural events & phenomena and rich culture and history! The mantas showed up out of nowhere — and we completely lost it.

Rising from the depths of Coiba, these ocean giants glide straight into the cleaning stations, moving effortlessly through the blue.

No other boats.
No crowds.
Just us and the mantas.

This is wild diving.
