The day that I stepped out of the shadow intentionally, this happened!

Managers at work notice me more🔥

Literally, I could remember it like it was yesterday, a manager that I respected a lot said to me: Keysha, you are not the same person that I started working with... and I said, yes, it's true.

👉I got tired of not speaking up for myself and taking negative comments I know I didn't deserve

👉I got tired of people taking credit for my ideas

👉I got tired of feeling like it was a negative thing to speak my mind

And I made the decision of not letting it happen anymore.

💥I was more respected
💥I was taken more seriously
💥I was more confident in myself
