At Nautilus, we have a tradition where senior swimmers join our coaches in taking American Heart Association CPR & First Aid courses. Our sincere congratulations to Noor Al Farsi and Usama Taha on the successful completion of the cognitive and skills evaluations in accordance with the curriculum of the AHA HeartSaver First Aid CPR AED program.
This knowledge is invaluable in any situation, as CPR and First Aid training can make all the difference in an emergency. By knowing how to handle different emergency scenarios, such as choking, drowning, or having a heart attack, one can potentially save lives. It is vital for everyone to receive this training, and we encourage senior swimmers and swim parents to join us in completing such courses in the future.

Congratulations to Toby Cooper, who was awarded the Summer Championships' top three male swimmers (15 & above.). He won 2 gold and 3 silver medals and added 106 points to our team's score.

We are excited to announce Jules Rouyer's .rouyer8 commitment to continue his academic and athletic career at Bentley University . Jules has been one of the Nautilus top swimmers, his 50m free club record (14 and below) has not been broken till today! We believe Jules will be a great addition to Falcons, NCAA D2/Northeast 10 team! Congratulations, Jules and Coach Alexandra!

Welcome Ilya!

Ilya Shymanovich, one of the greatest men's breaststroke swimmers in history, current World Record Holder, World and European Champion is visiting Nautilus Swimming Club, Muscat this month. Ilya will be training shoulder-to-shoulder with Nautilus top swimmers. As part of our team, Ilya will compete at the Middle East Open Championships, Dubai. We are proud and excited to welcome Ilya to the Nautilus family!
