Do you feel immobile and uncomfortable with yourself? Then you should participate in our PowerWeek, a 7-days program with daily sports, stretching and a special diet. Within this week you will loose weight and body size,

increase muscle mass and change your attitude towards eating and drinking. You will also learn a lot about nutrition, training methods and your physics. And: because of daily sport and altered metabolism, no JoJo effect occurs after this special experience. PowerWeeks can be booked in groups and on single, individual basis.
