One of the most dedicated students of mine !! His level of consistency will always be appreciated...
I often give his example to my other clients!!
He always had a dream of getting a photoshoot done with a ripped body !!
The challenge was his schedule was all over the place , his eating habits weren't managed well, and the calorie expenditure wasn't great too!!
So i needed to make a lifestyle change for him with the balanced nutrition to match his everyday calorie intake and expenditures!!
Diet
MACRO'S
(Carbs, protein and fats)
were changed every week tracking his progress starting from the ratio of 3:2:1 ,a meal down on the rest days, also improving his MICROS for everyday activities and muscle recovery!!

Training
Mainly focusing on
Improving Growth mechanism ✅
His training included strength, weight, cardio, calisthenics and HIIT !!

The tricky part was to cut his carbs and water in the peak week to get the hard look !!
As he was into a marketing job!!
And he would need his energy, and not to drop the levels too much !!

Usually many people still use diuretic pills which are not at all safe on their kidneys , there's a much much better and safer way !!

vr came to train with a requirement of intense training and getting athletic conditioning, but he had a unique demand of
" NO SUPPLEMENTS !!"
" ALL NATURAL"!!

Not even amino acids and everyday multivitamins!!!

He wanted to improve his fitness levels as he's a professional bike racer

But he wasn't sure about how consistent he would be in his training and nutrition!!
He had to travel to Chennai and coimbatore frequently for his racing practices !!

This girl who once people used to call women!!

Came in seeking a complete transformation, she worked really hard, staying consistent, dedicated, focused and see where it has gotten you today 💥🙌🏼🤗

The journey isn't over yet, the level of discipline you're showcasing, you'll get to an even better frame in coming weeks 🤝🏻👏🏻👏🏻

You're a very good example for the women out there working 9-5 jobs , managing the house, going through so much stress , physically and mentally!!
