PRIME Martial Training Institute In 2016, Instructor Misha'al Ahmad L. Askar, created a system called "PROMETHEUS" which was an amalgam of all his martial experiences and knowledge.

PRIME stands for "Prometheus Reaction-Immersive Martial Education" and runs on pure science.

Had fun today trianing with .hardy on all the aspects of Pro-wrestling despite we had such limited time.

We covered taking strikes, giving strikes, taking bumps, rolling, selling moves, working, jobbing and how stiff strikes are compared to worked strikes, how to shoot and when to stop shooting and go back into a work, submissions, locks, chokes, takedown, character development and how to progress slowly by breaking down complicated sequences.

Always simplify what you desire to do in combat because in combat only 5 things matter:

1-Your Confidence
2-Your Ability
3-Time
4-Physics
5-Your Opponent's Confidence

Control one with a high percentage and you could control the whole situation.

When Instructor Gino was still in Oman, we went about our Kali approaches to how to work with our blades and stick fighting techniques.

We exchanged a lot that day but I mostly taught him on how to do various disarms in Filipino Kali stick work without the need to step completely out at 45 degrees all the time as is prominent in basic Triangle Steps in most of Eskrima and Arnis. We move in a Diamond Step and choose rather to move in than out.

Learned so many different kicks long ago but nothing would ever truly be the craftiest and most unique kicks as the Taekkyeon Gyeot-Chagi which is a crazy hybrid of a Savate Chasse Bas and but done by a leg flick from the inside to the outside to land the instep of the foot into the opponent's throat or jaw. You can even land this kick while beside the person and still have it land.
