5 performance mistakes and the correct way to avoid injuries:

1. Arching your back outwards while performing the rack lift.

2. Having your elbows in line with your shoulders while performing a dumbbell press.

3. Bending your wrists backwards while performing the triceps push down.

4. Bending your wrists backwards while performing the flat barbell press.

5. Bending your elbows downwards while performing the seated butterfly.

1. Keep your back straight with a slight inward arch.

2. Bend your elbows slightly towards your chest.

3. Keep your wrists straight and avoid bending them backwards.

4. Bend your wrists forwards until they are straight.

5. Keep your elbows in line with your shoulders.
