अश्विन महीने के शुक्लपक्ष की दशमी तिथि को विजयदशमी पर्व मनाया जाता है। बुराई पर जीत के लिए भगवान राम ने इसी दिन अपनी विजय यात्रा की शुरुआत की थी। भगवान राम ने अपने कुछ खास गुणों से रावण पर जीत पाई थी। उनमें सामाजिक समानता, सेना को प्रोत्साहित करना, शांति से लक्ष्य की ओर बढ़ना, त्याग और संयम के गुण थे। इसलिए भगवान राम को मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम भी कहा जाता है। जीवन को सफल बनाने के लिए भगवान राम के इन गुणों से प्रेरणा ली जा सकती है। वह जिस तरह से समय और स्थिति को देखकर आगे की रणनीति बनाते थे उनसे सीख ली जा सकती है।

1.खुद एक आदर्श बने
भगवान राम को चूंकि दैवीय शक्ति प्राप्ति थी, तो वह चाहते तो कुछ भी एक इशारे में कर सकते थे। वह चाहते तो खुद को भगवान बताकर बुराइयां खत्म करने का अभियान चला सकते थे, लेकिन नहीं। उन्होंने हर काम एक आम व्यक्ति की भांति किया जिससे के लोग उनसे सीख सकें। भगवान राम ने खुद उस रास्ते पर चलकर दिखाया जिसे लोग आदर्श मानते थे। उन्होंने जिस तरह से हर काम किया लोग उसकी मिसाल देते हैं।

2.अपनी टीम को प्रोत्साहित करना
तमिलनाडु के तट से लंका तक पुल बनाना उस वक्त इंसानों की बस की बात नहीं थी। हजारों, लाखों की संख्या में भी लोग पुल बनाते तो उसमें सालों लग जाते। लेकिन भगवान राम ने अपनी वानर सेना को इस तरह से प्रोत्साहित किया कि उन्होंने बहुत ही कम समय में पुल बना दिया।

3.सामाजिक समानता
भगवान राम चूंकि राज परिवार से थे। वे चाहते तो केवट या शबरी को बिना गले लगाए भी अपना वनवास गुजार सकते थे। लेकिन उन्होंने सामाजिक समानता के लिए शबरी और के केवट को गले लगाया। ऐसा करने से उनके साथ लोगों में समानता का विश्वास पैदा हुआ।

4.शांति से लक्ष्य की ओर आगे बढ़ना
भगवान राम को 14 वर्ष का वनवास मिला था, जिसमें 12 साल उन्होंने चित्रकूट में ही बिता दिए। जब उन्हें ऐसा महसूस हुआ कि वन के सभी लोग उन्हें पहचानने लगे हैं, इससे उनके उद्देश्य में व्यवधान पड़ सकता है, तब वह वन से अगले पड़ाव की ओर चल पड़े थे। राम को आत्म प्रचार पसंद नहीं था। वे चुपचाप रहकर काम करना पसंद करते थे और अपने बारे में किसी को अधिक बताना भी नहीं चाहते थे। विज्ञापन के इस युग में राम के चरित्र से एक सीख लेनी चाहिए कि बिना प्रचार के शांति से हम अपने लक्ष्य की ओर बढ़ें।

It was a great year 2020 , Successfully Delivered multiple sessions on Blockchain, Deep Learning , Industry 4.0 , Data Science, Hadoop, IIOT, OpenCV and RPA with an excellent and plaudit feedback. Thanks to client's, stakeholder's , Team and participants.

Total of 6742 hours of training's ( 1500 hours - Classroom and 5242 LVC) for 12 countries.

Implemented 35 solutions based on Blockchain Architecture , IIOT , UiPath and Deep learning as a technical consultant.

Always I believe , " Covid-19 disruption / pandemic - an opportunity for firms and individuals to re-think and re-engineering"

People make serious money reviewing toys and selling baseball cards.
Ex. an 8 year old kid called Ryan Kaji made $26 million by reviewing toys.

Similarly Hiranandani has made millions in Real Estate
Michael Jordan has made millions playing basketball.
Musk has made billions by being an Entrepreneur.

Therefore:
The question should not be: "What should I do?"
The question should be: "How can I do something exceptionally well?"
