Plot twist: I’m the person who created it. 💀

Yes, I design my own classes.
Yes, I practice them before teaching.
And yes… sometimes halfway through I’m like,
“WHO THE HELL MADE THIS?!” 😭🔥

Oh. Me. I did. 🙋🏻‍♀️😂

Plot twist: even the Pilates teacher can’t Pilates sometimes. 😂🦢

Before pregnancy, Long Box Swan was something my body knew.

Now, postpartum after a C-section, my body is like… “Ma’am, absolutely not.” 😂

And I’m learning to be okay with that.

Dear postpartum mamas, being a teacher doesn’t make me immune to recovery. I’m human too. My strength feels different. My core feels different. Some movements that used to feel effortless now require patience, rebuilding and a LOT less ego. 🤍

So take it easy on yourself. We don’t have to rush back to our old bodies or old strength.

And remember… every problem has a way out.

But if you can’t find the way out…
just go back the way you came in. 😂

That’s exactly what I did with this Swan. 🦢↩️

One day at a time.
Less ego. More patience. More love for this new body. 🤍

That’s a pretty good life if you ask me. 🤍

Nice flow. Pretty pose. Everything looks peaceful and effortless. 😌

What you DON’T see is what I had to survive just to get that ONE video. 😂

Failed attempt.
Wrong angle.
Almost falling.
Forgot what I was doing.
And of course… my daughter appearing in the middle of filming because apparently this is OUR content now. 😂

At this point, getting one good clip feels less like filming a Reel and more like passing an obstacle course.

Pose? Easy.
Getting 30 seconds without being disturbed?
✨Advanced level.✨

So yes, I’m an instructor… but I’m also human, I mess up, AND I’m a mom trying to create content while my tiny production manager is on duty. 🤡😂

POV: You opened a studio thinking you’d be the boss… and accidentally became EVERY employee. 😂

Receptionist, instructor, cleaner, content creator, customer service, maintenance… CEO when there’s time. 🤣

But somewhere between the chaos, the long days, and the never-ending to-do list, I realized something — I actually LOVE what I do. 🤍

Apparently my dream job comes with 47 job descriptions… and I’d still choose it all over again.

Studio owners… please tell me I’m not the only one. 😂👇

Plot twist: I came back to the studio with a new boss. 👶🏻😂🤍

Learning to balance motherhood, recovery, work, and the thing I love most — movement. Some days I get a full class plan done… some days we take 3 milk breaks. 😂🍼

No rushing. No “bouncing back.” Just slowly rebuilding my strength, listening to my body, and enjoying this beautiful little chaos.

And honestly? I’m so happy in this chapter. 🥹🤍

Strong mama loading… please wait, boss needs milk first. 😂
