So it's over! The 36th Intergulf, Muscat, Oman, concluded on Saturday 12th of April 2025. Two trails in the baking heat of the Oman desert, three socials, two hikes. Hares : Eat My Bollux, Vipers Arse, Seaman, Prozac Man and Baby Dogs Bollux. Grateful thanks to all who represented, helped, sponsored, and attended. On-On to Bahrain who will be hosting Intergulf 2026.

Mush3 is a closed friendship group who meet every second Friday afternoon, in and around Muscat, Oman with the emphasis on Fun, Friendship and Fitness whilst upholding H3 traditions. Everyone is welcome, regardless of nationality, gender, or religion etc as per the ethos of the Hash House Harriers.
