In this course you will understand the physical, energetic, mental, biochemical and emotional symptoms caused by menopause and how these changes affect women’s ability, comfort in, inclination towards, and reaction to exercise.

Most women are unaware of how early their body starts to change, and your knowledge after this course could be the difference for her between a terrifying rollercoaster and a more embodied, empowered, informed and moderate mid-life transition.
