Another day, another 600 kg of ghosts nets removed 💪🌊
Cleaning up the Daymaniyat Islands one dive at a time. This is more than diving. This is conservation. 🌍

Woven into coral, hidden in the reef — these nets could’ve caused years of damage, emtrapping marine life and endangering coral ecosystems. Our team is dedicated to do everything we can to protect what we love.

Molamola Diving Center is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated BOAT CAPTAIN to join our team- our PADI 5 Star Dive Center based in Al Mouj Marina, Muscat, Oman starting AUGUST 2025.

In this role, you will be responsible for navigating and operating our vessels safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and safety protocols while providing an exceptional experience for all passengers on board.

Must have:
✅Licensed boat captain
✅Worked as a captain for at least 2 years
✅Confident with basic boat maintenance and troubleshooting
✅Speaks English fluently; any other language is a plus
✅Hard working, positive working attitude
✅Open to help with other Dive Center related work
✅Good experience for Diving and Customer Service
✅Good team player

We offer:
✅Adventure at the best dive sites in Oman
✅International team with a great spirit
✅Accommodation and Lunch included
✅Salary depends on experience- to be discussed during online meeting
✅Day off: 1 day per week on rotational basis

Molamola Diving Center is currently seeking passionate DIVE INSTRUCTORS and DIVEMASTER who can work at our PADI 5 Star Dive Center based in Al Mouj Marina, Muscat, Oman starting SEPTEMBER 2025 either for temporary or long-term.

Must have:
✅PADI Instructor or PADI Divemaster
✅Worked as a Dive guide for at least for 1 year
✅Speaks English fluently; any other language such as French and/or German is a plus
✅Hard working, positive working attitude
✅Open to help with other Dive Center related work
✅Good experience for Diving and Customer Service
✅Good team player

We offer:
✅Diving at the best dive sites in Oman
✅International team with a great spirit
✅Accommodation and Lunch included
✅Salary depends on the dive level and experience- to be discussed during online meeting
✅Day off: 1 day per week on rotational basis
