It was a sunny day out for all the teams today! The Seniors stayed calm and executed their set piece plays with precision while our Juniors keep making strides with their development! Congratulations to all our Players of the Day!

The Seniors head up the road to Mossburn this weekend with a couple of milestones!

Congratulations to Jack Keen making his 50th Cap! He joined the club in 2020 and has been a crucial member of our back line since joining. We've enjoyed watching him become a versatile player in the backs and a great asset to the team. 🙌🏻

Congratulations also to Henry Earland making his 50th Cap. Higgins joined the team fresh faced in 2018. He's averaged 7 games a season due to injuries and we're proud he's finally got to 50! He did disappear in 2024 but he returned and slotted back into the Midlands family effortlessly, even spending a year on the coaching team. He's another versatile player and we're very happy to have him back! 🙌🏻

Both Men played all their Junior rugby for Midlands and it's great to see talent coming up through the years!

Our younger Juniors are off to Central Pirates for their club day, with our Yr5&6 and Yr7&8 staying at Midlands!

What a way to test out the lights! It was a physical battle for the full 80mins. The forwards dominated in defence allowing the backs to use their speed and accumulate the points. Onto next week!

Our Juniors had sunny conditions today and their players of the day came out showing some future Senior player potential!

Alex Keen gets a milestone 50 games this week!! He joined the club as an enthusiastic Junior in 2007 and played all his Junior rugby at the club. He joined the Senior team in 2022 and has been a main part of our team since then! We've thoroughly enjoyed having him on the team and watching him go from strength to strength! Congratulations Alex! 🙌🏻

Our Juniors are in full force on Saturday morning at Midlands with our Yr5&6 and Yr7&8 away!

The Men advance to Division 2 and head off to Central Pirates for the first round. The Hamilton Shield is back on the line again! 🛡️

Most of our Juniors are heading off to Limehills this weekend with one Rippa team and the Yr7&8s staying at Midlands.
